Technology Development Satellite

Polytech Universe-2 is a 3U high Russian cubesat developed by the Graduate School of Applied Physics and Space Technologies of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunications (SPbPU). The mission of the spacecraft is to monitor the level of electromagnetic radiation on the Earth’s surface in various frequency bands.

The Polytechnic Universe-2 Technology Development Satellite will make 15 revolutions around the Earth per day, with data exchange and signal reception taking place during the flight within the visibility zone of the SPbPU ground receiving and transmitting station.
