The Mozhayets 4 (RS-22) training satellite series was created at the Mozhaisk Military School. “Mozhayets 1-4” was created from the leftover satellite buses that were part of the Strela-1M communications satellite programme. The buses were donated by NPO-PM, a manufacturer of bus systems.
