GEO
A GEO or geostationary orbit is an orbit in which a satellite moves with the Earth’s rotation and remains above the same point on the Earth’s surface. Satellites in geostationary orbit are typically located about 35,786 kilometres above the equator and are used for telecommunications, television broadcasting, navigation and other purposes that require constant communication with a specific point on the Earth.
